Acclaimed customer experience consultant and author, Lior Arussy, kicked off the event with a keynote address on The Economics of Customer Experience. “It’s all about helping organizations transform themselves around the customer experience,” said Arussy, who set the precedent for the event by challenging attendees to transform and simplify the experience of their customers at every point of engagement.

On day two, customer keynote, Olivia Leong, described how Visa transformed it’s First Mile™. Leong’s address depicted how Visa improved its ability to capture data from key participants, without mandating them to produce Visa standard feed formats. Leong’s message reinforced that a customer-centric strategy is more valuable than a product-centric strategy.
